How come one feels so grossly unsatisfied after attending a day's worth of classes?
How come you feel you are losing on something when you listen to the boring lecture blabber?
Why do you need to shut your thoughts to stay sane in class?
Human eccentricities & social oddities. Exciting dives into "crazy" possibilities.

Music to blow your mind...and in India !
Looks like the Indian contemporary music scene does exist beyond the Bollywood trash one gets to hear everywhere. And not just exists, it's thriving. True, one usually gets to hear of only one-off bands like Pentagram, Parikrama, Swarathma, Indian Ocean, etc. But there's some mindfucking music out there...or under there, let's say...'cuz it's Underground Music which is providing the platform to some truly awesome talent of our times. =)

What's New?
It's Teachers' Day, so I thought why not bore you all with some latest random events in my life...(a thought which in itself is pretty miscellaneous)
1. UrbanDictionary published my word!
Yes, I invented a word- "Rexcitement", which the UrbDic (if I may say so) published! yaay! It's derived from rex, which is Latin for King, and excitement, which is well...English for excitement. Detailed meaning and usage may be referred to here.

2. I discovered a tin of Threptin in my cupboard!
For those of you who do not know Threptin are these protein-rich "The Meal between Meals" biscuits, which taste ghastly. That is, if you are a novice. But for a hard-core addict like me, they are the best thing which happened to the world after low-waisted jeans, psychedelic chemicals, and the resignation of Shashi Tharoor. Also compensate for the awful food I'm served these days.

What to do when faced with seventy armed Hollixes?
Zaphod Beeblebrox had always known something was wrong with his head. Like it had been cut open and then sewn together again, but not very efficiently. The threads used were perhaps what poor Scottish weavers in the 18th century used for patching up kilts. No wonder Zaphod often had the feeling that a bagpipe was playing somewhere around him.

Rechristening
Yeah so I'm renaming this blog Infinite Improbability Drive. You'd know what that means if you've read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Interestingly, now the name also shortens to IID, pronounce-iable as id, which in Fruedian terms is that part of the brain which governs the baser instincts. Cheers!

In Defence of Hair
Yeah, it's not a haystack, it's my hair. No, I did not get it curled or puffed. Yeah, humidity does that to it. Yes, I do get haircuts.

Stacey's Warning
Hello. My name is Stacey. I am 15 years old and I am beat up by my parents every night. I have bloodshot eyes and moldy hair. I killed my mother. My lips are cut and my nose is broken. This is my story.

Why he makes sense with regard to the 377 brouhaha
Dr. S is our criminal law professor. And everyone hates him because...well, of many reasons. Anyway, one of the primary of those is that he argues that homosexuality is against public morality.

How to be an amoeba
Life would have been just so easier if we all were amoebae. The way I see it, every wiseman's book recommends the amoeboid life...

Implications of the theory of boredom
I guess boredom is more a universal phenomenon than anything else. Sample this text I received during the classes today...

Ode to summer
Now this might sound a bit odd, but this blog is exclusively for my summers...what I did the previous summers, what I have been doing this summer, and what I'll probably be doing in the summers to come.
