Now this might sound a bit odd, but this blog is exclusively for my summers...what I did the previous summers, what I have been doing this summer, and what I'll probably be doing in the summers to come.
Why such infatuation with the summer, one might ask. To say the least, well, summers are getting worse what with the global warming, and people dropping dead everywhere. Unpredictably boring summers are becoming, unlike one's childhood romanticism, when summer used to be a time to discover new places, people and thoughts. And when mummy and daddy used to bundle you up and take you for a holidays in the mountains. And when you used to call up your friends to discuss the intricacies of your holiday homework...

Yeah, I reckon little of that summer is left anymore. But summer is still beautiful. I have many reasons to still crown summer as the king of all seasons:
1. It's sunshiny and feels happy.
2. It gets very blue skies.
3. Summer afternoons are the best for long contemplations.
4. The 'utility' of ice-creams is only realized during summers.
5. One does not go around wearing an entire wardrobe.
I guess summer is still a time for me to explore myself, to do new things, to try out new thoughts, and new people.
So as we move towards burying March, here's hats off to a new summer...and I have only three words to say...
"Bring it on!"
